Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern delegate registrations for all conferences and public training courses organized by RCADEMY. It is important to carefully read and understand these terms as they contain significant information. By submitting your registration, you agree to comply with these terms. Your registration serves as an offer to RCADEMY to attend the training course. Acceptance of registrations is subject to the confirmation in writing (including email) by RCADEMY. A contract between you and RCADEMY will be formed upon the sending of this confirmation, and if not sent within 14 days of receiving your registration, it will be deemed confirmed unless otherwise notified. RCADEMY reserves the right to refuse any registration.

  1. Payment for the training course must be made in full according to RCADEMY’s payment terms, which are in force at the time. Payment should be received no later than one week prior to the Event. Failure to make full payment may result in RCADEMY’s discretion to either require payment for entry or refuse entry to the Event. No refunds will be provided for any portion of fees already paid, and any remaining fees will be due if entry to the course is denied based on this condition.

  2. Group registrations’ discounts are applicable only for the specified number of delegates. If the number of delegates attending the training course is lower than the number specified in the group booking (due to cancellations or absence), RCADEMY reserves the right to adjust the fees based on the actual number of attending delegates in accordance with their published prices. The revised fees must be paid as per the terms and conditions.

  3. The prices for each training course are accurate at the time of publication. RCADEMY reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect registrations already confirmed by RCADEMY.

  4. It is mutually understood that RCADEMY will receive the Fees net of all applicable taxes, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), service tax, or withholding taxes. The Client is solely responsible for paying all Taxes applicable to the Fees. If any Taxes are imposed on the Fees, the amount of the Fees will be increased to compensate for these Taxes.

  5. Cancellations made after confirmation but more than 14 days before the course are subject to a £200 administration charge. Registration fees for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course must be paid in full. Failure to attend a training course does not exempt the full fees from being payable, and no refunds will be issued. RCADEMY reserves the right to cancel any registration after confirmation, and in such cases, all fees paid will be refunded. The refund of registration fees is the sole remedy in the event of cancellation by RCADEMY, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.

  1. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but delegate registrations are strictly for personal use. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for a third party, sell or transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

  2. You may transfer your registration to an alternative course, provided that the alternative course takes place within 3 months of the original course’s date. Transfers are subject to availability and the payment of any additional fees required for the alternative course. No refund will be provided upon transferring to an alternative course. Transfers between courses can only be made once. Cancellations will not be accepted once a transfer to an alternative course has been made, and all fees remain payable in full.

  3. RCADEMY reserves the right to make changes to the format, participants, content, location, timing, or any other aspect of the training course without liability.

  4. RCADEMY may cancel or change the date of a course at any time for any reason beyond its reasonable control. If the date of a training course is changed, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled date if you choose to attend. In case of a date change or cancellation by RCADEMY (and if you no longer wish to attend the rescheduled course), you will have the option to receive credit notes or a refund for the full registration fees. The credit notes or refund (or the continued validity of your registration for the rescheduled course) will be your sole remedy in such situations, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.

  5. RCADEMY reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without liability, to refuse admission or eject any person from the training program who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or is considered a security risk, nuisance, or disruption to the program’s proceedings. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by RCADEMY or the venue owners.

  6. Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmitting of audio or visual material, data, or information is strictly prohibited. By attending the program, you consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed as a delegate, and you further consent to the use of such recordings or photographs by RCADEMY worldwide for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

  7. The personal information you provide will be held in a database by RCADEMY and may be used for direct marketing purposes in the United Kingdom.

  8. RCADEMY disclaims all liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the training event. All indemnities, warranties, terms, and conditions (express or implied) are excluded. RCADEMY accepts no liability for any loss or damage you may suffer in connection with or arising from the program, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise (including loss of profit, loss of business, or any other economic loss). If RCADEMY is liable to you for any reason, its total liability is limited to the amount of registration fees paid by you.

  9. The limitations and exclusions in condition 14 apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. RCADEMY reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and you will be subject to the version in force at the time of submitting your registration.

  10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
